Welcome to Halo Land Baseball

Hello all! My name is Jason. I have been a fan of the Angels since 1995. I grew up going to games with my Dad, up until leaving California in 2007 to start my journey in life. I live in the Tokyo prefecture of Japan where I work and live with my wife and kids. We have floated back and forth living in New Mexico, the Florida panhandle, and the United Kingdom.

Like most Halo fans out there I am frustrated. I am frustrated with how the team is performing, frustrated with owners meddling, but most of all frustrated with the content that is available to the fans from the fans. Except for a couple of Blogs and maybe one podcast, the fan base has turned into a mass of toddlers crying about trades that have not happened or free-agent signings that would have been terrible (Blake Snell) had they happened.

My intent for this blog is to attempt to be as realistic as possible and to inform the reader of what the front office and team are realistically capable of. I have no insider information, I want to see real baseball content for Angel fans without the hysteria and blind spots we as fans may possess. This is something I have seen within Angels baseball content creation since the Halo Haven podcast stopped back in 2022.

I hope that as I work to create content you will come along for the ride, join the conversation, and if you do not agree, speak up! I am more than happy to engage in conversation about the team we all love.

Thanks,

Jason
